High stability

The Sermoon D3 features a sturdy frame with thick metal plates and is supported by 4 vertical aerospace-grade aluminium profiles. Each of the X, Y, and Z axes features linear shafts that are made of stainless steel and have a hardness of 60 HRC! This stable device allows the Sermoon D3 to withstand the inertial force of the printhead while it is moving.

Precision-engineered to minimise mechanical failure

Forget about mistakes: Thanks to its special production, Sermoon D3 guarantees the highest precision and accuracy without mechanical errors! The Sermoon D3 's CNC-machined XY-axis portal is milled with a precision of 0.01 mm. High-torque stepper motors and high-quality toothed belts and pulleys also ensure precision work!

Extrusion at 300°C

The Sermoon D3 features the "Sprite" direct drive extruder with dual gears, which provides powerful extruding and retracting power! Even at consistently high temperatures, its internally polished copper alloy nozzle and bimetal (copper alloy + titanium alloy) heatbreak work smoothly and without generating much heat! This is also guaranteed by two large 5015 fans!

Great compatibility with filaments

With the Sermoon D3 you can choose between 14 different filaments:

• Normal filaments: PLA, PLA-wood, PETG, PET
• High-strength filaments: ABS, PA66, ASA, PC, PC-ABS
• Flexible filaments: TPU95A, TPC, TPE
• Wear-resistant filaments: PLA-CF, PA66-CF, PET-CF

Amazing print speeds

The Sermoon D3 is equipped with an intelligent stepper motor driver chip. This allows 1/256 microstepping, which guarantees smooth prints with up to 5x print speed. Of course, this also increases the production capacity by quite a bit!

Long-distance printing for the special experience

Yes, you read that right: The Sermon D3 can be controlled remotely! If the printer is connected to LAN or the Internet via WLAN or an RJ45 Ethernet connection, you can remotely control it on your PC or mobile phone using the Creality Print software or the Creality Cloud app. Whether you set it up remotely, just follow the print, or share it with your community is entirely up to you!

Remote monitoring with an integrated camera

The Sermoon D3 has an integrated webcam - where else can you find that? With the web camera you can monitor the printing processes in the Creality Cloud - in real time! Of course you can also film time-lapses!

Multi printer control

When multiple Sermoon D3 printers are connected to LAN or Internet, models can be batch printed via Creality Print! So you can split a particularly large model into several parts and have them printed by several printers! This makes the printing time much faster and your model is printed in no time! How convenient!

Less cracking

Thanks to the heated bed, which can be regulated up to 110 °C, the print has a more even temperature without ambient airflow, which means fewer cracks and edge curling!

Safety first

The printer is equipped with two HEPA air filters: these filter PM0.3 particles and other toxic compounds produced during printing. When the door is opened, printing stops automatically and the printer cools down. This will prevent burns and bruises!
