DIAMANT Polymer dichtol WFT Macro, 1.000 ml

dichtol WFT Makro from DIAMANT Polymer is a ready-to-use 1-component impregnation system that has been specially developed for sealing larger pores (from 0.1 to 0.5 mm). Thanks to its flexible application options - brushing, spraying, injecting or dipping - the impregnation can be customised and ensures reliable sealing and pressure tightness, even for complex component structures. The selective application enables efficient use of materials and saves valuable resources.

• Capillary-active deep impregnation of micropores, hairline cracks and porosities,
• Selective serial impregnation, especially for industrial applications,
• Individual impregnation of large components for maximum stability.

Preparation and application:

Before application, the pores to be sealed must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt residues and other interfering substances.

► Spot application,

Brushing and spraying: apply thinly four times at 1-minute intervals and keep moist for at least 5 minutes so that the product can penetrate deep into the pores,

► Injecting and filling: pour dichtol WFT into the desired porous space and leave to work for approx. 5 minutes; then pour off the excess material,

immerse: immerse the object to be sealed in dichtol WFT and remove after approx. 10 minutes; allow the object to drain thoroughly.
