Micro-Swiss FlowTech™ Hotend for Ender 5 Max

With the FlowTech™ Hotend, Micro-Swiss introduces a new generation of hotends designed to eliminate common issues such as leaking nozzle seals and awkward nozzle changes.

High flow rate

The Hyper-CHT™ nozzle features a special six-chamber internal geometry that doubles the heating surface area. This carefully engineered high-flow design increases the flow rate by up to 95%.

Because the Hyper-CHT™ nozzle melts the filament evenly from the inside out, it helps achieve significantly stronger layer bonding at any print speed.

Leakproof design and all-metal construction

The FlowTech™ Hotend consists of a permanently sealed assembly made up of a Hyper-CHT™ nozzle and heater core. This leakproof design helps ensure that prints are not ruined by nozzle leaks and that material is not wasted.

• Improved heat retention: The sealed design keeps heat efficiently within the core, helping maintain stable and consistent printing temperatures.

• Greater durability: As the heater and thermistor are protected, the risk of damage is reduced, helping the hotend last longer.

Cold nozzle changes

With the FlowTech™ Hotend, nozzles can be changed one-handed without hot tightening, significantly reducing the risk of injury.

High flow performance

A cylindrical ceramic heater and large melt zone provide a high flow rate of 62 mm³/s.

For temperatures up to 300 °C

The hotend features an NTC thermistor and supports temperatures up to a maximum of 300 °C.
