Mintion 3-in-1 Filter for V1 Filter System

The Mintion 3-in-1 Filter is a specially designed replacement filter for the Mintion V1 Filter System. This filter system ensures the effective removal of particles, odours, and harmful fumes generated during 3D printing. The triple-layer filtration is a reliable solution for clean air in your 3D printer workspace.

3-stage filtration system for maximum efficiency:

• Pre-Filter: removes coarse particles, dust, and stringing residues, protecting the subsequent filter stages.
• HEPA H13 Filter: filters ultra-fine particles (≥99.95% efficiency) from 3D printing emissions.
• Activated Carbon Filter: reduces VOCs and odours, such as styrene (ABS/ASA), caprolactam (Nylon), and emissions from PLA/PETG.

Recommended Filter Setup & Replacement

► Standard Applications (PLA, PETG, blended filaments):

• Sequence: Pre-Filter → HEPA H13 → Activated Carbon
• Replacement interval: approx. every 3 months with ~8 hours of daily use (depending on operating conditions).

► VOC-intensive Materials (ABS, ASA):

• Alternative sequence: HEPA H13 → Activated Carbon → Activated Carbon
• For enhanced odour reduction, the pre-filter can be replaced with a second activated carbon layer. In dusty environments, it is recommended to retain the pre-filter and replace the activated carbon more frequently.

Installation Note: Due to the design, the pre-filter features a half-width foam seal. If the HEPA filter is used as the first stage, the outer foam edge must be adjusted accordingly to ensure an optimal seal. Trim only the foam; do not damage the filter material.

Compatibility: This filter is exclusively compatible with the Mintion Filtration System V1 and is not suitable for older versions. Older systems require separate solutions.
