Polymaker PolyFlex™ TPU95 is a highly flexible filament that is easy to print.
With good elasticity and processing safety PolyFlex ™ opens an entirely new range of application.
PolyFlex ™ has the Shore A hardness of 90-95 A and can withstand loads of up to 400%. These values were established on all printed components.
The goal of creating the PolyFlex ™ filament was making it easy to print by anyone. The processing difficulty was the biggest problem when it came to flexible filaments. PolyFlex by Polymaker has invented a flexible filament for almost all FDM / FFF 3D printers.
The filament is easy to apply, adheres well to a variety of surfaces without a requiring a hot plate.
The soft and flexible feel of PolyFlex ™ opens up a new application dimensions for 3D printers. You now have endless possibilities when it comes to items such as clothing, footwear, wearables etc.
