Description

SUNLU TPU 90A is a flexible filament with a Shore hardness of 90A, offering a combination of elasticity and toughness in one material. It is suitable for functional parts that need to bend, stretch or compress without losing stability.

Soft, but not easy to break

TPU 90A is ideal where rigid filaments such as PLA are no longer flexible enough. Printed parts can be bent, compressed and stretched without tearing, making it ideal for hinges, seals, grips and protective covers that need to withstand the rigours of daily use..

Long-lasting, even under continuous stress

The material is resistant to ageing and everyday environmental stress. It retains its shape and elasticity well, even after extended use, a clear advantage over filaments that can become brittle or cracked over time.
