Description

The Zortrax DSS Station is a user-friendly device for the automatic removal of water-soluble carriers. Just set it up, fill it with water, insert the model, and after a few hours, remove it almost support-free. The Zortrax DSS Station is designed for use with Z-SUPPORT, Z-SUPPORT Plus and Z-SUPPORT Premium materials and is compatible with all water-soluble filaments available on the market.

Step 1: Fill with water
Take the model out of the 3D printer and immerse it in the Zortrax DSS Station.

Step 2: Rinse
Take the model out of the Zortrax DSS Station. Sometimes it is necessary to remove any remains of support with a brush included in the kit.

Step 3: Dry
Dry the model carefully as soon as the dissolution of the carrier is complete. That's all. The support structures are gone.
