Description

The fire engine (= LF) 16 is mounted on the chassis of the Mercedes-Benz 1017, which was powered by a 172 hp six-cylinder diesel engine with an exhaust gas turbocharger. The LF 16 was mainly used for fire fighting but was also loaded for technical support.
