Description
The Twotrees TTC450 Pro is a CNC milling machine that makes no compromises: a large working area, robust construction and plenty of expansion options. This bundle combines the machine with the matching 500 W spindle kit, giving you a complete setup that is ready for use straight away.
TTC450 Pro CNC milling machine
With a working area of 460 x 460 x 80 mm, most engraving and milling projects can be completed without restrictions. The stable aluminium profile construction ensures precision, even with more demanding materials, from wood and plastic to aluminium and PVC. Compared with the previous TTC450 model, the Pro version features gantry side plates reinforced from 6 to 8 mm and a larger 60 mm motor on the X-axis. Both upgrades directly improve stability and cutting quality. The TTC450 Pro is also equipped with a spindle guard and can optionally be expanded with a four-axis rotary module for complex 3D contours and rotary engraving. Want to work with laser engraving too? The machine can be easily fitted with a laser module, available separately.
The 500 watt spindle
As standard, the TTC450 Pro comes with an 80 W spindle, which is sufficient for simpler projects but quickly reaches its limits when milling harder materials or carrying out more precise work. The included 500 W spindle kit closes this gap. The high-speed spindle reaches 12,000 rpm, runs quietly and features efficient heat dissipation for consistent results, even during longer milling sessions. Metal, non-metal, a wide range of materials: the 500 W spindle is made for the task. Thanks to Smart Termination, it stops automatically once the job is complete. Installation is handled via click-and-install, so swapping it over is no major project.
