Description

The E3D Revo High Flow HT-Abrasive Nozzles are high-flow, abrasion-resistant nozzles specifically designed for high-temperature applications.

Special material combination

The high-temperature-resistant nozzles are made of a special combination of materials. Similar to the ObXidian nozzles, the nozzle tip of the High Flow HT Abrasive nozzle is made of hardened steel and the rest of the nozzle is made of copper to ensure optimised heat transfer to the heat sink. A chrome nitride coating makes the nozzle abrasion-resistant up to 500 °C and gives it additional corrosion protection and non-stick properties.

Improved internal nozzle geometry

The wear-resistant nozzles have the same form factor as the standard Revo hotends, meaning no changes need to be made to existing brackets and fan ducts!

Improved internal nozzle geometry increases the surface area for improved heat transfer to the filament.

Unit consisting of heatbreak and pre-assembled nozzle

To prevent hot tightening, hotend leaks and the possibility of incorrect assembly, each Revo nozzle consists of a pre-assembled nozzle and heatbreak as a unit.

Easy identification with engraved sizes

An easy-to-read engraving of the individual size on the top of the nozzle makes it easier to identify the nozzles.

Attention: The Revo High Flow HT-Abrasive nozzles are not compatible with V6 Heater Blocks! When changing nozzles, it is possible that the Z offset needs to be adjusted.

Note: The Revo High Flow HT-Abrasive nozzles are compatible with HeaterCores of 40 and 60 watts, but are limited to a maximum temperature of 300 °C. When using one of the E3D Revo High Temp Hotside Kits, the nozzles can also be used at printing temperatures of up to 500 °C:
