Revo HTX nozzles from E3D were specially developed for extremely high temperatures. The abrasion-resistant nozzles are already pre-assembled and come with an integrated Heat Break to minimise the dangers of hot tightening and to prevent possible incorrect assembly.

The different sizes or diameters of the Revo HTX nozzles can be easily identified. This is ensured by clearly visible, engraved numbers.

What are the Revo HTX nozzles made of?

The high-temperature-resistant nozzles are made of a special combination of materials, which gives them their excellent hardness. As with the ObXidian nozzles, the nozzle tip of the HTX nozzles is made of hardened steel and the rest of the nozzle is made of copper to ensure optimized heat transfer to the heat sink. A chrome nitride coating makes the nozzle abrasion-resistant up to 500 °C.

Note: Although Revo HTX nozzles are compatible with HeaterCores of 40 and 60 watts, they are limited to a maximum temperature of 300 °C. When using one of the E3D Revo High Temp Hotside Kits, the nozzles can also be used at printing temperatures of up to 500 °C:
